You knew it would be on the list. Kale is one of the most nutrient-dense food on the planet providing strong amounts of Vitamins A, K, C, B6 as well as Calcium, Copper, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Phosphorus and other B vitamins. Incorporate Kale into smoothies, juices and salads or chop it up and prepare it as a side dish with your supper.

Cacao is another incredibly nutrient-dense food.
